Workshop in Detail.
Who is this for?
A one day workshop designed for organisations (B2B, B2C or Public Sector) in the planning, assessment and evaluation stage of a possible social media strategy. The workshop is delivered in-house and taylored to meet your organizations learning objectives. We recommend that the delegates represent a cross-functional group and have managerial responsibility within their area of the organisation. We help your management team understand, through case studies, the opportunities in sales, marketing, custoimer service, product development and human resources.
Planning for the day
Prior to the workshop we work with you to agree a set of specifc learning outcomes and ensure that your teams time is used in the most appropriate way. We will understand your organizations current level of competency and the environment in which you operate. This ensures that we use the most appropriate case studies and reference material to help you meet your learning outcomes.
Perspective
Whilst the day will give delegates some practical exposure to the more pervasive Social networks, we assume no prior experience or knowledge. The day is focused on the organizational opportunities, threats and demands that Social Media presents you with. It ensures that your management team has the necessary insight to make informed choices confidently as to when, how and if to implement different Social tactics.
