Not exactly the standard view on channel convergence but this appears to be an early step in a very important direction. The possibilities for interactive television remain very promising. If nothing else this is a really clever idea for an iPad application:
More than one million iPads were sold during the first month of limited availability (it’s not available in all countries yet). Despite pre-launch sceptisim regarding where the device would fit in the computing spectrum, it seems to be carving out a clear niche for itself, but also taking over from where the netbook used to sit.
